🚨 Smoke Alert

If you’re noticing a lot of smoke in the Fincastle, Eagle Rock and Buchanan areas — it’s coming from the Bald Mountain Fire.

Because of weather conditions keeping the smoke close to the ground, we can expect it to linger through the evening and into tomorrow.

If you’re sensitive to smoke, consider staying indoors with windows closed and limiting outdoor activity.

We’ll continue to monitor conditions and share updates as they become available.
