Records was founded by M.Young Bey jr., in the year of 2014. Its first single that was worked on by M.Ez ( TheEzLife ) called "Money" had groomed the horizons of the future of Lear Records. Even tho it may seem as a brand new record label, there has been over 15 years of experience and knowledge built by M.Young Bey jr. In 2004 M.Young Bey jr was sole owner of a recording studio(BK Studio 4B) and self thought himself to become an audio engineer. After recording a wide range of up and coming artist such as Sam Scarfo, M.O.P, j-Live,Money Malc,Nucci Reyo, French Montana, Philly Freeway,M.Ez, Ernie Gains, Fred the godson and many more, he has learned to manage his business and develop a ear for knowing when he hears good music. Not only that he recorded many records, but he has help develop many artist in there recording presence in the vocal booth. When it come to recording an artist he's a team player and not just an engineer that sits back and hit the record button. Knowing what kind of production each artist should compose to, is one of he's speciality along with song arrangement and many other talents. In 2008 he recorded a project for M.Ez as a client, to record and mix a demo to use to get him a recording deal with an Indie label in GA. Later that year M.Ez got a great response from the label and received the recording deal. At that point M.Young Bey jr new that when he starts his record label ( Lear Records ) in years to come, that M.Ez will be the first artist for him to contact and he knew he had what it takes to grab a listeners ear. In 2010 M.Young Bey Jr. met another engineer ( Darrel Gent ) that introduced him to Sahid Thomas , officially known as Lbs. Shortly after, Lear Records helped mentor Lbs with his music and teaching him the importance of quality and using the right production. In 2014 Lbs made an agreement with M.Young Bey Jr. and Lear Records to Executive produce two Albums. June 1, of 2015 Lear Records produced its first album with Lbs called, "Urban Tales". Lear Records also made a deal with M.Ez to produce and arrange a project Called J.O.B (Just over broke). After giving there artist the experience of working with several different engineers in other multi million dollar studios in new york city, they have now found the resource to build there own professional recording facility in Rahway New Jersey. As an Indie label they have build there own film company called Canon Boys and his partners with Team Hartwell Managment for artist and club Promotions. With these tools they hope to grow in the entertainment industry and soon the have one of there artist on the top 10 Billboards charts.
