Everyday routine no matter what! #fyp
So I get this question often on what I'm doing and really I should put this in a video because it requires clarification and it's not a simple answer:
My routine is rather simple, but it's in the consistency. I really started with eliminating a lot of processed foods, dairy, and even certain proteins to see what foods digest well because it's TRULY important to ensure its not sticking too long to cause stored fat. Ironically, I eat more healthy fats (avacado, nuts) that's also shown to help me reduce the bad fats, plus it's helped my skin as well.
Then I also practice intermittent fasting. Long periods in the day (20 fasted/4hour eating window). It may seem extreme, but I noticed my body needs that time to digest what I had before and allows me to utilize my stored fat for fuel. I found that I can function better when my body is not always trying to constantly digest foods, and a lot better on a well hydrated state.
I drink 10-12 bottles (maybe more lol) in a day, and incorporate anti-inflammatory foods in. When I'm fasting, I will "swig" on tumeric, ginger and tumeric juice, pineapple juice, and beet, carrot and orange juice (pre-made and can be found at Publix, fresh market, and natural foods stores). The pineapple helps with my recovery for my body because I am active in some way every day. The tumeric property allows for the reduction of inflammation (which you'll start to realize is most of the weight you're carrying) and with that reduction, it helps you wake up with no pain.
All of what I know came from YEARS of research that I accumulated over the years and put a little of everything in my process. I walk everyday, and will go to the gym often. I started with just the recumbent bike for 6 months alone, then I started to incorporate strength training only to help with movements to activate lymphatic drainage of areas where I'm wanting to not excessive loose skin because of the amount of weight I needed to lose

Morning walk this morning #weightlodd
If you ever want to see me genuinely happy, let there be a gorgeous day and I can actually go walking! I'll even smile like a fool looking at the sun just blessed because He gave us such a Beautiful day. I truly mean that. It's the simple things. 😌 #roadto200 #BreakGenerationalCurses #weightlossjourney

Roles in a relationship
It was on my mind... I probably look crazy, but I hope the message was clear
So, this was absolutely delicious! Oh, it was so fall-off-the-bone tender I won't lie when I tell you I had NO problems coming back for seconds lol.
SMOTHERED TURKEY WINGS
Turkey Wings
Bell Peppers
(Optional) Onions*
Adobo Seasoning
Black Pepper
Garlic powder
Smoked Paprika
Dried Thyme
Onion Powder
chicken base
Flour
Chicken Stock (for gravy)
Directions
In a bowl, combine all but the onions and peppers to the turkey wings and allow that to marinate overnight.
Slice the bell peppers and sauté them for a few minutes to allow a little caramelization to the peppers. I like that because I feel like the flavor profile would be better suited for this, as opposed to adding everything together raw.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Now, add a little butter in a pan and sear each wing and place the peppers and turkey in the pan and place in oven uncovered for 20 minutes.
Then, collect the juices that were collected from the bake. I made a roux (butter and flour sauteed for gravy base) and added all the juices to the pan and added additional chicken stock to the gravy and covered that baby to bake for 1 hour, basting the gravy over the turkey wing every 20 minutes 😋.
Definitely a keeper in my books!
