I just love being Dominican 🇩🇴

Back in July I got to embark on not only my first cruise ever with but I also got to touch ground on my motherland after 25 years ! If you’re wondering why it has taken me so long to visit the full transparency reason is for years after moving to Orlando I struggled to find myself and with that meant working jobs that truly sucked the life out of me because I never really had the opportunity to take time off since I was living paycheck to paycheck for a long period of time.

I am clearly beyond grateful that I’m able to enjoy and take time for myself like I never had the opportunity to do then, now. And I will never take that for granted so all the support you show to me here really helps me more than words can describe, I appreciate every single one of you so much 😭! With that being said I had truly the best time ever on this cruise. I was worried about so many things as first time cruiser like motion sickness, how would I make the time pass on sea days, was I really going to enjoy the food options etc. and to answer everything all at once the best choice for my first cruise was to cruise with Virgin Voyages hands down. Everything from beginning to end was seamless, relaxing, and so top tier. The fact that every dining option on board is included, tips are paid out already, and they make everything to order on board. It’s a no brainer for me!

Idk how this ended up being a photoshoot moment but it did and I’m already loving so much this hotel is so stunning I’ll be sharing so much more soon after our stay. We’re not being hosted just checking off a bucket list stay 🎂🎉 📸

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month 🇩🇴💻💕✨

Welcoming the first day of Hispanic Heritage Month just so honored & proud to celebrate my Dominican culture/ community and how far I’ve come with my platform here. Whenever you guys message me just telling me how much you enjoy what I have to share. How you can see that what I post is because I genuinely love the places I am sharing and how much of a difference my platform can make on these small businesses around Orlando.

Stay tuned because I have a few things lined up to share a bit more from my culture like some of my favorite recipes that are going to leave you loving Dominicans even more 😂👏🏻

Also it’s no secret the last couple weeks have been a rough few weeks for many local places unfortunately having to shutter. I ask myself everyday what can I do to help these places and as one person I can only go and visit so many places and only do so much. I try my best for sure but I don’t hold all the power, it’s every single one of you that show up that can make an impact and a HUGE difference on these places.

With that being said I challenge you for Hispanic heritage month to go and support that local business you’ve been thinking about lately that you haven’t visited in a while, let’s all try out best to help however we can. Thank you all so much for being here !

For my birthday this month (which is the 23rd) we’re planning a trip to Savannah it’s been a couple years since our last visit and this time we’re staying at my dream hotel, it’s so freaking beautiful and my aesthetic for real.

We’re planning to do a bunch of my staple favorites like and new places like & . My goal is to post my travel content unapologetically. I know a ton of you are here for everything I post about Orlando but my content grows and goes with me wherever I go and I’m sure many of you travel to. So I would love to be a resource to traveling outside of the state as well, over the next few weeks you’ll see a mixture of some California content I haven’t gotten to post, cruising content, & plenty more.

I CANNOT begin to explain how obsessed with these photos I am and how grateful I am for this entire experience. I shared with Lynette prior to my shoot that I had never done this before and my confidence level has been quite literally at a zero this year if I’m being honest.

She made me not only feel so confident she helped reassure me the entire time I was going to be blown away by these and she was absolutely right 😭 y’all I cannot even believe this is me, I am her !

Also my MAKEUP ARTIST no joke I think I’ll be hiring him to do my makeup for all special occasions for a long long time. The level of expertise in how he brought the look I wanted to life too and my makeup even lasted through Halloween Horror nights that evening ! Yes that was from early morning to evening I was snatched. You made me feel even more beautiful 😭😭

Excuse me while I go hide in a corner because of the Insidious house 💀 😈

My first Halloween Horror Nights Media invite was beyond what I could’ve ever imagined. We got to experience all 10 houses in one night very much like the RIP TOUR except we got to record inside each house (only allowed as media during this time) and ya’ll this year the houses are actually so well themed and many are so scary.

Phenomenal job by the Halloween Horror Nights team this year I cannot wait to return to get ALL of the food to share my ratings from this year so stay tuned for more. This is my all time favorite event so i’m just so stoked to even have had this opportunity 🤘🏻 Thank you !

ORLANDO PIZZA HUT BUFFETS ARE BACK !

AND YES THEY DO HAVE THE RED CUPS.

When I tell you the scream I scrumpt when we were driving through Clermont and discovered this location not only had indoor dining but has the buffet I knew I had to make it mission to visit ! The buffet is only available Monday- Friday from 10am-2pm for $9.99 per person and it’s AYCE of course. Everything was just as I remembered and brought all the nostalgic feels I was searching for. The buffet at this location has been back for two years and nobody knew because it’s never been shared online before! Did you know about this ?
