Hey guys... It was very quiet about Pogohai Records in the last few months... I will tell you now, why that was so...
A few of you know that in 2017/2018 I Had a Lot of trouble with the Label... The Police was here and they said I do illegal stuff ... Because of Copyrights and so on... That first time I could handle it with help of the labelbands ... Thank you all again...
Last year the trouble started again...
No words to describe how I felt again... This time there was pretty much more stressful... I need a lawyer again... Need to pay him... That's why I sold a huge part of the Distro again... This week I got a letter, that this second case is closed too... That was a hell of stress and trouble...
Im pretty sure that I know that person, which is doing all that to me, but can not proof it...
So Pogohai Records is still alive...
After another talk with my lawyer, I decided to save the name "Pogohai Records" as a trademark... And also do it officially as a own business... I never wanted to do that, its not D.i.Y. anymore... But I don't have any choice... i will use a big part of my savings to do that step... So I will keep you all updated...
POGOHAI RECORDS IS STILL ALIVE... 40 RELEASES ARE DONE AND I HOPE MUCH MORE ARE COMING IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF YEARS !!!
