With All the work we put into ourselves, many times we are never satisfied. All the training, along with days of not feeling like doing anything but you still remind yourself that something is better than nothing at all. We can all come up with Excuses to quit but why quit when we have something to work to. Keep working! Keep Moving!

Invest in yourself! Many of us make time for everything except ourselves...our bodies! We put forth 100% towards other things in our lives except ourselves! Why is that? I believe it's important to make yourself a priority! I find so often it takes people to get bad reports to even begin to take care of themselves, if then. It's not about having the biggest muscles, being the most fit, etc...it's about being Healthy! Many point fingers at those with addictions when they forget that many can also have a Food Addiction! I tell anyone just MOVE! Eat Healthy! yes there is nothing wrong with having a cheat meal as long as you don't overdue it. The same way we Discipline ourselves to do what is necessary in our lives, it should be also applied to making sure we take care of our bodies! We make time for what's important!
