Do you love H Mart?

Zion Market is often overlooked, but it’s one of our absolute favorites!

Between the amazing food court, great prices, and even a Pokémon vending machine, it’s always a fun trip. I’m all about exploring different markets and trying new foods.

What’s your favorite spot and can we tag along so you can show us the good stuff!?

Listen. I want to be honest.

My Christmas Tree is still up.

Granted I’ve been dancing with pneumonia and flu.

But it’s still lit up in here. 😂

Anyone else!?

🧣 CONTRIBUTE WARM CLOTHING TO THOSE IN NEED
The Plano Overnight Warming Station (POWS) is an overnight short-term emergency shelter that offers safety for unhoused neighbors when temperatures or a combination of precipitation, wind, and temperature become dangerously inclement. POWS is a collaborative effort between local faith communities, the City of Plano, East Plano Islamic Center, The Salvation Army and other service groups and volunteers.

The warming station anticipates receiving 100+ guests per night during this week’s frigid temperatures, and the coat closet is currently very low on clothing and hygiene items.

POWS is asking for the public to help by donating new (or clean, gently used) clothing items. Donations should be placed in bags labeled “For POWS.”

Seager & Sons: Believe the Hype

I’m all about supporting Plano’s local restaurants and businesses. Whenever a new spot opens, I usually wait a bit to let them find their groove. But with all the buzz about Seager & Sons, I couldn’t resist booking an early reservation. And let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint.

This 1970s inspired gem is more than just a vibe (although it definitely is). It’s got everything, cozy atmosphere, incredible food, and OUTSTANDING service. Whether you’re meeting up with friends, grabbing a family meal, or squeezing in a working lunch, this is the kind of place where you’ll feel at home and want to linger a little longer.

What we tried:

• Baked Crab Rangoon Dip with Wontons: A must order. I’d get it every time.
• Fried Chicken + Shells & Cheese (half order): Flavor packed and shareable.
• Chopped Chicken BLT Salad: My friend loved it.
• Strawberry Lavender Lemon Drop Martini: An unexpected hit, don’t skip it!

And a PSA from my friend Sara: they have Coke Zero on tap! Not just Diet Coke. ❤️

We went for lunch (no problem walking in), but if you’re planning dinner, I’d suggest booking ahead.

Welcome to the rotation, Seager & Sons!
