From Ghana to Sierra Leone to South Africa, today’s creative industry is propelled by
professionals from across the diaspora. In this day

­-long workshop, students get an intimate
glimpse at the professional and personal journey of a select group of these leading lights. Through a series of question & answer sessions, prepared presentations and a private dinner,
students will learn about the creatives’ process of “making it in America” and glean insightful
lessons for their own journey.
