This month we got to explore an amazing 400-piece collection about Estonian Design. What’s even cooler, is that the museum itself is housed in the 17th-century Baroque Building in the heart of the Old Town. I had an amazing opportunity to peek behind the scenes and show you what it takes to organise the LARGEST event in Estonia this year.

Over 33,000 kids and young people participated in the event with an audience of over 70,000 people. So it's a pretty big deal!

This video is very close to my heart and I honestly tear up every time I watch the end! Thank you Tantsuansambel Sõleke and Laulu- ja tantsupidu for all the help! See you all again in less than two years!

New Video is OUT!

As any creator, in order to improve my filmmaking, I needed a new, shiny piece of gear. So I bought myself an ultra-wide angle Tamron 17-28mm lens. Literally, as I was placing an order, the next day Sigma released a similar lens and mine dropped by 100 € in price, so yay!

However, after a quick review, I deduced that the Tamron model is still better since its minimal focus length is 19cm. This means I can get to subjects pretty close and that’s exactly what I need for my filmmaking. Who doesn’t like a juicy close-up of a cake?

This video’s script is 1700 words aka 5 pages long and the original video cut was about 20 minutes. This reminds me that I should probably buy myself a teleprompter as remembering the text by heart was not an easy task🙄😬😅

This video took a MONTH to put together but it's finally done and I couldn't have been more proud of the edit!

We had a fantastic trip to Lahemaa National Park, visiting Jagala Waterfall, walking the Viru Bog trail, staying at mirrored cabins and exploring Palmse Manor and its palm tree house.

I hope this video will give you some ideas if you decide to take a day trip from Tallinn to recharge your batteries.

Completely unrelated subject.

Last week this time it was +13C degrees outside. Currently we have 3 cm of snow and the temperature dropped to -7C 🥶 Estonian weather doesn’t joke around!

The best bit about it, is that now I can justify eating ramen for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Not sure my waistline would agree though 🤔

Last Sunday me and woke up before the sunrise and drove to the new location to take some shots.

The sky was covered in think grey clouds and we didn’t know if we are going to see any sunrise rays at all. Luckily the clouds disappear and the sun came out for about 10 minutes. It was just enough time to park the car and run to the location to snap that ONE image.
Obviously we stayed around for longer and got quite a few shots. And even with the grey sky they looked pretty dope. Might do a reel about this photoshoot soon.

New Video from Stockholm is OUT!

Swedes eat candy on Saturdays only but still lead the charts as the most candy-consuming nation. So I flew to Stockholm to speak to locals about this once-a-week candy event (hint: it's huge) and visited THREE candy stores there. This trip was super fun. I got to meet and talk to so many locals who were happy to share their candy traditions with me (Swedish people are extremely friendly )AND came back with a 3.1 kg bag of Swedish candy. Bonkers!

Cycling in Tallinn is so much FUN. The only question is "why did I not do it any sooner?"

In this episode, we will rent a bike, and cycle from the Old Town to Pirita forest whilst stopping at my favourite Kadriorg park and a cosy NOP cafe. This was shot during autumn foliage so I you already miss golden leaves you will love this video.
