It's the moment we've all been waiting for! It's the LARP Noobs Christmas Charity raffle draw!
Hiya all Ian here, I had the immense pleasure of attending EYELarp's Flying Lead: Smoke & Brass, my first non-empire LARP event. Me and Dave will be recording an episode about it tomorrow night, but needless to say things went off with a BANG!
Massive thanks to Sam Brown and all the folks at EYELarp for letting us post this video. Also please note that all pyrotechnic sequences were designed and run by industry professionals with appropriate safety measures in place throughout.

We are raising money for Young Lives Vs Cancer. A charity very close to our hearts after the tragic loss of a wonderful young man called George Hatfield. They help with financial support, accommodation and bereavement for those families affected.
Last year we raised £270 which could have paid for seven families to stay overnight at their home from home accommodation.

It’s that time of year again to do our Christmas Raffle. This year we would like to celebrate the life of our friend George Hatfield who sadly passed away in October. With the help from Santa and Light Armories are hoping to raise money for the fantastic charity Young Lives Vs Cancer which George thought very highly of.
Tickets are £5 each. You can get as many as you want! Please send via Paypal to [email protected] with the word RAFFLE in the notes. We’ll add you to the list on this post unless you would like to remain anonymous. If you would like to just donate you are welcome to give as little or as much as you can. All money received in December will be send to www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk to help them with their fantastic work to help people just like George. Raffle starts now and will close at midnight on Christmas morning. We will do the draw on Christmas Day.
The sword will be available for collection at the next Empire event but we are also happy to pay for postage to wherever you might be in the world. It’s a really well made weapon and it’s for a fantastic cause. Thank you all. Hope you have a great Christmas! Please share!!!
