🏮 Known as the Mid-Autumn Festival, Mooncake Festival, Chuseok, Tsukimi, Tết Trung Thu and more, these global harvest festivals celebrate the full moon in its roundest and brightest form, offering farmers extended time to harvest crops.

🌕 The full moon has also long been the subject of ancient folklore, myths, poetry, and worship. The myth of Chang’e, the goddess of the moon in Chinese mythology and other symbols of celebration including lanterns, rabbit, dragon, and lion motifs are in abundance around the world at this time of year.
