I’m recognizing that part of running a business is also showing everyone who’s behind the screen, making your orders and selling you products. Some of you may have met me at the Spyral Events where I set up a table to sell to you in person, others may know me because we went to school or work together, and the rest of you are probably looking at me like “who is this girl?”
From a business standpoint let me introduce myself.

Hey, I’m Kaidra! (pronounced Kay-DRUH)
I grew up in the city but have a small town heart, a dream to one day live in the country, run my business, and live a simple life with a loving partner and kids.
Part of why I want to live in the country is because although yes I love the quiet and peaceful life I also LOVE picking up new hobbies and trying out new things. I believe life is about experiencing things and having that spatial freedom would give me so many opportunities to create, gain new wisdom, and absolutely work my butt off to reach my full potential along with my future kids, my partner and my home. (obviously I’d love to end my nights on a wrap around porch swinging peacefully on the porch swing or rocking chair while the sun sets🥹)

Something most people don’t know is that candle making actually was just a hobby at first. I had come across videos and posts about how to make candles and thought to myself “well it can’t be that hard” and since I’m always buying and lighting candles why not??
I took it upon myself to research the best wax, wicks and oils to use, what things I should avoid and how to make the best non-toxic and fragrant candles. I love having my home smell good so having the best outcome possible was heavy on my mind. I don’t settle for fine or just shoot for good, I go for amazing— I myself can be a bit of a perfectionist and that’s why I am always looking for ways to improve myself, what I do and how I do it. With that being said, trust in me that your opinions and voices matter! Although I may not be the right fit for everybody, customer satisfaction is very important to me. So far I have heard amazing things and at every event I go to I love to hear the feedback and see that people are happy that I’m there! You guys are amazing!!

You’re support means so much to me and I hope you guys know that every time you order or help me reach a bigger audience I am literally dancing around my kitchen and thinking of that country home🥹🤍

Officially making my own candles to sell!🥰✨

Ordering more basic 10oz jars soon!!
I will be getting other basic sized jars to sell but have yet to calculate a price!😮‍💨

Old World Scents is gonna be my candle business, I’ll be thrifting old glass, sanitizing and cleaning them and making them into candles with amazing scents to light and fill the room or just make a nice decoration✨

I will have basic jars that I will be selling as well, as you saw in my top comments! Hoping to have 8oz/10oz/ and 14.5oz!
