I've been really enjoying working in some newer stuff recently. People are really looking for more fresh tunes in their dance parties, always with a healthy dose of nostalgia and recently some really fun country as well.

Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Shaboozey, and GAS PEDAL have been the most requested so far!

So far this year, DJ Spark Productions has done TWENTY-NINE events including Weddings, School Dances, High School Reunions, Real Estate Galas, and of course our Off The Rails train car and beach parties.

If you've been to one of these and thought it was worth a 5 star review, I'd love some help beefing up our Google Reviews. Did we create a fun atmosphere? Were we good with communication about event details? Was the planning process easy? Things like that are always good to hear.

The plan for next year is to expand on all of the above while connecting even more of the local creative community (DJs, Visual Artists, etc) to opportunities to make a side-hustle or even a full on living from their skills. Your positive feedback will help make that possible!

What do we think? The Event is starting to really shape up and with an extra day, there's still a ton to do and still get your fill of social and chill.

Parking is getting tight already! Be sure to carpool and arrive as early as possible.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it out (sick), but the crew is in place setting up soon and there will be good vibes and great people, which is what its all about in the first place.

Honestly, I love just sitting down and creating the stuff that goes into the various events we host. Whether it's the fun banners or the reels or just literally working out the concept into a workable experience...that creative muscle is one of my favorites.

PAINTERS (or similar?)

Any artists interested in doing a "Live Art Battle" style event?

I'm thinking you show off some art for sale, we have a few rounds of challenges like swapping every 15 minutes, fixing up Goodwill art, and maybe a crowd suggested theme. We have a few DJs doing fun art gallery vibes, we do some sweet cocktails for the guests while they hang out and walk around checking out the Live Art and the Gallery.

Off The Rails and DJ Spark Productions is dedicated to creating a Safe Space for our Friends and PLUR Family. I'm happy to say that I've rarely had to have conversations with people in attendance about these values.

That being said, sometimes we have to let people know "Today you messed up so you're gonna have to leave. Take some time and do some introspection and get your mind and priorities right."

It's never fun, but it's always the right thing to do.
