Clearly, Hamas is a terrorist organization. That's not new. And, no, one's terrorist is not another's freedom fighter. That's morally repugnant.

I'd like to believe that Palestinian is not synonymous with Hamas but I have to wonder how large the Venn overlap is.

This is Hamas from their charter since 1988, it states that "initiatives, and so-called peaceful solutions and international conferences, are in contradiction to the principles of the Islamic Resistance Movement... There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors." Moreover, Article 7 of the charter mentions that the Day of Judgment will not come until Muslims fight the Jews and kill them.

This entire time that the crowd has cried for a ceasefire I haven't seen many calls to release the hostages.

As a matter of fact, I haven't seen much criticism for taking the hostages.

But it has been obvious that maybe the there would be some respite from shelling if there was an honest negotiation to return hostages.

This is some progress.

Hey folks, since you care so much about the Palestinians and how Israel has been oppressing them for so long, mind clearing up some things for me?

- Who was the prime minister of the Arab Palestinian state before Israel was established in 1948?

- What was the national anthem?

- Was there any Arab terror against Jews before this occupation you speak of? In fact, was there Arab terror against Jews before Israel was even established?

- How did Israel occupy Gaza since 2005? Did Jews live in Gaza or did Israel evacuate it completely?

- What do you want to free Palestine from?

- Any thoughts about Egypt or Jordan taking in Palestinians? Why not?

- How did Hamas become the ruling government in Gaza? Who voted for them?

- When the terrorist Yasser Arafat established the PLO, what was his declared objective? Have you read the charter? Why not?

- Do the Palestinians want a state? If so, have they had a chance to have one? How did they respond?

Just some basic questions. Ya know since you’re marching in the streets, yelling free Palestine.

Also, what does “From the river to the sea” mean? Go grab a map. It means no Israel. We cool with wiping Israel off the map and killing all Israelis?

In the uncertainty of war, there's a lot of people who were quick to carry the water for the Hamas' claims about the explosion at the hospital. This made the world more dangerous; needlessly so.

It's shameful. Many of them know better but with their agenda, they don't care. The inclination to believe Hamas at face value is not an accident. They are mass murderers, abductors, torturers, and rapists, Needless to say, they are not a reliable source of information nor are they reliable rocket scientists.

- Dropping a "roof knock" warning of imminent strike on the exact building being targeted.
Measures Hamas takes to maximize harm to Israeli civilians:
- Strategically choosing a date for their attack on a Jewish holiday and a day of rest, when a large music festival is taking place.
- Indiscriminate gunfire into large crowds
- Specifically choosing communities with a lot of unarmed civilians, senior citizens and children who cannot defend themselves.
- Firing unguided Iranian rockets into populated cities across Israel including Tel Aviv.
- Su***de bombers who add nails coated in rat poison in their bombs and bombs themselves in crowded markets, buses, and restaurants.
- Specifically targeting families, women and children.
Measures Hamas takes to maximize harm to Palestinian civilians:
- Urging civilians in Gaza to ignore all IDF warnings
- Blocking escape routes to safe zones
- Sabotaging humanitarian corridors with car bombs
- Raiding UNRWA warehouses
- Punishing civilians who try to protect themselves.
- Urging people not to leave buildings slated for removal, but to stand on the roofs."

Ask yourself why countries like Egypt and Jordan do not want Palestinian refugees.

Look up the Black September for a hint as to why they may be cautious.

Their Muslim neighbors don't want them but the country they vow to destroy 'from the river to the sea' is supposed to take them in? That's an interesting argument to make.
