★ Journey of losing 48kgs★

Today I am very much excited to share that I have almost achieved my fat-loss goal.From my childhood due to my unhealthy life style and poor eating habit i had gained tremendous amount of weight.

So ,i tried to loose my extra fat by doing some physical exercise ,and by eating less calories .

★ I vividly remember the first time I weighed on August 10, 2020 and it was 124.6 kg that day. Then I started my weight loss journey. But for various occasions and other reasons, I was losing weight and gaining weight. It actually stays and continues like this. Somehow I could not get close to my target weight(70 kg) and finally after a lot of perseverance and austerities today I am 77 kg. So I was able to lose almost 48 kg.

I can't explain how proud I am of myself. This was the hardest decision for me. To be honest, mentally I didn't feel like I was as strong as I once was and I was demoralized. It's supposed to get easier by the day but it got harder and harder. I just kept waking up and going. Lost touch with a lot of relationships and people cause i just zoned into this goal i have and i had no time for anyone but myself. Looking at these pictures now I'm in awe of myself. I owe it to myself never to let myself go like that again. Big big shout out to myself👊
