WildRift Patch 3.2 has just dropped in today .
I didnt get to test everything, yet.
But here are the Runes Damage Comparison for ADC(pt.1) i did today for those Nerd ADC players who are interested !

**Note that i tried this in Practice tool with some few Constant variables and only did a comparison on the RUNES only. Outcomes may varies with different build, champions hit, combo, game stage (early/mid/late game)
Constant Variable : Dummy Target, Same Item set, Same Combo, Level 15, Domination rune : Brutal, no extra stats from red buff/dragon.
ASHE
- Item : Stormrazor, IE, Runaan Hurricane, Mortal Reminder, BT
-Combo : (Fully stacked energized passive) AA x4, Q , AA x6, AA x6, Q, AA x6 ≈ 14 sec
Kraken Slayer damage : 10987
Conqueror damage : 11661
Lethal Tempo damage : 12537
∴ Lethal > Conqueror > Kraken
JINX
- Item : IE, Statik, RFC, BT, Mortal
- Combo: (Fully stacked energized passive) AA for 10 sec only with Pow-pow(machine gun)
Kraken Slayer damage : 8479
Conqueror damage : 8718
Lethal Tempo damage : 9212
∴ Lethal > Conqueror > kraken
TRISTANA
- Item : IE, Statik, RFC, BT, Mortal
- Combo: (Fully stacked energized passive) Q, AA x6(to proc Lethal tempo), E , AA until 10 sec
Lethal tempo damage : 9533
- Different combo for Conqueror & Kraken : Q, AA x3(to proc Conqueror stacks first before E damage explode), E, AA until 10 sec
Kraken slayer damage : 7555
Conqueror damage : 9247

LUCIAN
-Item: Stormrazor, IE, Solari, Mortal, BT
-Full combo: AA, W, AA + quick E, AA, Q, AA, E, AA (need to cancel a of animation. videos of tutorial below )
Conqueror damage : 4374
Kraken Slayer : 4148
different combo for kraken slayer : AA, E, AA, W, AA, Q, AA, E, AA
damage : 4240
∴ Still in experiment, late game level 15 lucian might have more damage with Conqueror, but i personally think Kraken slayer can outdamage conqueror by a lot early game
CAITLYN
-Item : IE, Statik, RFC, BT, Mortal,
- Combo : W(trapped enemies), AA x2, E, AA x2, Q, AA 2x
Kraken damage : 3545
Conqueror damage : 3315
Lethal Tempo damage : 3312
But, if you do the above combo and continue auto attacking until 10 sec these are the total damage;
Kraken damage: 7080
Conqueror damage: 6606
Lethal Tempo Damage: 8116
∴ For short-burst fights, Kraken slayer does the best, but for long fights. Lethal tempo really outshines other Runes.
