Our studios are located on the banks of the Yarra river in Fairfield, in the picturesque grounds of Melbourne’s historic ex-Infectious Diseases Hospital. The grounds have long been converted into a Higher Education facility and artist studio space. It was here that founding label-mates met in 2012, during their studies at NMIT’s Bachelor of Music Industry. As a diverse collective of like-minded cr

eatives, Shuttersnap Records exists to support the production and release of exceptional new music from local artists. We do this by:

Signing local artists and working closely with them on the production and release of their creative output;
Sharing our skills and resources to support each other’s respective artistic projects;
High fives and tasty beverages.
