Today is the last day of 2025. I went to the Hainan Province Museum, climbed up (and down) a volcano crater, and walked around a movie town. I exercised so much that I was famished after I got back to the hotel and ordered both Hainan chicken rice and Hainan rice noodles for dinner. I’m watching NYE broadcast and waiting to see fireworks at midnight. A perfect ending to a roller coaster 2025. 🎆

Day 1 in Haikou, China. Had their famous coconut chicken hotpot and it was so good! There are lots of history here that I didn’t know about. The beach reminds me of Waikiki. Really pretty place!
