Passed by Getty Center this morning on my way to church and thankfully its surroundings are not being burned. I also didn’t see the Palisades Fire on my way back. However, I saw smoke from the Eaton Fire all the way from West LA. That’s pretty astonishing. The wind is starting to blow again and I hope those two fires will be fully under control soon to not spread, and that no new fire will start. 🙏

After I’ve lost about 25 lbs, I started focusing more on resistance training this past year. After I reached my goal weight and lost a total of 30 lbs on July 9, I focused more on building up muscles and toning up my back. I’ve never checked out my back in the past but I got curious today. After a few months of doing back exercises I’m shocked to see I have some muscle definitions now! This is what’s driving me to keep up with my diet, exercise, and intermittent fasting lifestyle to maintain my weight in the future. I’m ready to turn 51 years old next month! 💪

My Bible study group leader and his wife just picked up a 7-seat Model X today. To my surprise, FSD is the primary reason for them to get a Tesla in the first place. Nice!
