I’m inspired to expand the podcast’s reach outside of Chicago and also to pull back the curtains to shine a light on those that rarely have the opportunity to be heard. Can you believe that Support The Dope Radio aired 5 whole seasons?!! That’s A LOT of dope artists and dope music! I’ve been gone for awhile but I’ve been really inspired over the past few years by things like listening to Questlove’s QuestloveSupreme, by working with Chicago radio legends, the Bad Boyz a/k/a Mike Love & Dizz on their return as and, of course, I’m a huge fan of the new R&B Money Podcast with Tank and J. Valentine! I want that old thang back — but new•ish!! 😆 And I want to kick it off by paying homage to where we started with some of our previous guests!! So I need to know from the listeners, who were your favorite artists? Who do you need an update on? Artists, what have you been doing since your appearance? What have you got going on right now??
