Creamy Tomato Chicken "In season" family dinner recipe! 🥘🍅 This was soo delicious I cant wait to make it again. I forgot to add the cream cheese, so don't forget that, here's the recipe:**Chicken in Creamy Tomato Sauce**Ingredients:- boneless skinless chicken breasts- Salt/Pepper- 2 tsp Italian seasoning- 1/3 cup flour- 2 tbsp olive oil**Sauce:**- 2 cups chicken broth- 1 bouillon cube or 1 tsp better than bouillon- 1 tsp honey- 1 tsp onion powder- 1 tsp dried oregano- 1/2 tsp mustard powder- 1/2 cup dry white wine- 3 tbsp butter- 3 cloves garlic- 2 tosp flour- 2 tosp tomato paste- 1/2 cup half and half- 1 tosp cream cheese (room temp)- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved or quartered)**Instructions:**1. Combine sauce ingredients (broth, bouillon, honey, onion powder, oregano, mustard powder).2. Slice chicken into thin pieces, season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, dredge in flour.3. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden, set aside.4. Deglaze pan with wine, reduce by half.5. Melt butter, cook garlic, add flour and tomato paste.6. Stir in broth mixture, bring to boil, reduce heat.7. Cool slightly, stir in half and half, cream cheese, and Parmesan.8. Add cherry tomatoes, chicken, simmer for 5 mins.9.
