You Section 8 Investors are keeping me busy at end-of-year!

We have bought more houses and portfolios in the last 6 weeks than we have in all of quarter 3...I haven't even been able to accept any coaching clients. I'm currently only working with partners who provide funds and I provide EVERYTHING else because my way is the most profitable way.

But you already know, I want MORE, MORE, MORE! In addition to my Cleveland network, we are now in Indianapolis. Different market, same formula.

We buy the portfolios or apartments and transition them to Section 8 with experienced subcontractor crews, fool proof tenant screening, and small property floorplan adjustments that give great returns.

I have another apartment building, a 40 property portfolio, a duplex, and a few single family homes. Partner with me and let me do what I do!

Thankful doesn't always feel like a word with the capacity to truly carry all of the emotions, times, miracles, happenings, and unfoldings.

But I assure you, thankfulness is enough.

Two years ago I made the best sacrifice of my life by handwriting the village that would be my support system to become the Me that only I could see.

I cut off every toxic relationship...every single one. I don't speak to 95% of my family. I allowed my intuition to choose simply based on who felt good.

I'm living a life that I thought was impossible!

God taught me that He works through people. And my people are the only reason I'm here and still going, still becoming, still unfolding into the Me that only I can see.

My life board of directors is what I call them.

Every year I reflect on what I am thankful for and this is the first year where there are no WHAT’S on my list, there are only WHO'S on my list.

If we speak or have a relationship in any form, it was on purpose. I asked for you. I prayed for you. And you were God's answer. I love you and I am thankful for YOU!
