Cecil Graham is a music producer, songwriter and audio engineer
from Lynchburg, Virginia. At the age of eight, he started experimenting with his uncle’s
keyboard even though drums was his first love. He began making
hip-hop beats and composing gospel music at age 16. Not knowing
the first thing about production, he began an apprenticeship with
Jarvis Smith; later attending St. This is where he lea

working with some known local artist while he was still in school. Cecil’s acclaimed engineering career, which has spanned a twenty-
five year period, has allowed him to work with many well-renowned
artists, musicians and producers and develop a diverse list of clients such as Ricky Dillard,
Chester Burke Jr. & Company, Sam Roberts & the Levites Assembly, M. Cornelius Wyche &
Octave Praise, Stephanie Simpson, Carnel Davis & Incorporate to Praise, Paul Avery, Isaiah D. Thomas, Minister Donnell & The BrotherZ, Michelle Pranther, KC Lewis and others. He writes simple songs about multifaceted things such as love, family, home, and the heavenlies,
holding classical music near and dear to his heart. He has been writing music as long as he can
remember. You sing along to his music even though you have never heard the tune before
because, phrases turn the heart happy and emotions connect to melodies that soar from his music. Cecil started Journey Muzik in 2014 and moved to the Washington, DC Metropolitan area which
allowed him to offer industry quality sounds based around state of the art recording equipment. Today, he continues to work on a wide variety of projects spanning many genres of music and
with artists from all ends of the globe.
