When you act like your not paying attention. But you really are secretly paying attention. But you cant disclose your methods of paying attention... Because you would be forced to be honest about your secret urge to pay attention. 🥴😂 It perpetuate an existence filled with bottle up energy.

There is freedom in admitting, because once we admit,then there is less pressure to disclose. If we can't start with the initial phase of honesty. Then we are only feeding our lower selves.

If you are paying attention and you do care. Start by expressing that you are paying attention and you do care. Release the armor that is prevent one from --being human with intention and emotional intelligence.❤️

Hiding behind ( not caring) or being (neutral) only speaks about our individual courage or the lack of.

I live by this - ❤️
It's so ironic how I've become a disciplined adult. 😅Because I was such a " do what I want" adolescent. 🤣 I talked back, I got into fights, as a kid I wouldn't even mind being the center of attention 😅. I had a loud sense of confidence to walk in any room and be unapologetically me. I had a deep infatuation with asking my parents WHY 🤣 . Which landed me most of my ass whoopings. My lack of discipline in food, relationship and community boundaries block my potential in creating a healthy routine of personal patterns. I've always been a strong lover and a protective friend. But even in that area I lacked discipline.

In my adult life, I challenge myself with healthy discipline and boundaries. I learned how to speak with more compassion versus only confidence. These practices have increased my relationship with God and myself. Ultimately becoming a routine that helps me enjoy the experience of life. My daily patterns when no one is watching says more about me then any outfit, property,access and trend. Though all those things are great to have. There is something about building personal foundations through discipline and healthy habits.❤️

I live the life i prayed for and I've applied self discipline to maintain.I never Questioned God even in my most vulnerable moments. My motto is the less things that I (want), the more I some how end up with so much love. Which is exactly what I ( NEED) 😊 I am very much a proud minimalist with a God given energy that is a combination of the Sun,Moon,Waters ,land and Love ❤️.I have always walk to the beat of my own drum. I've been laugh at and mocked. But most importantly I have been loved ,protected and cherish. So many clean hearts have freely (poured into my journey. I know who they are and recognize them differently. They show up for me and I will forever reciprocate .Consistency is the blueprint of my journey and love is the director. ❤️
My life is exactly what God wanted it to be and it's only getting better.

Big up to my mom ,dad and my siblings. I am so grateful to have parents that poured the true meaning of greatfulness ,God and joy into me . I'm so honored to be a product of my father and mother. So many lessons begin to click as we become adults. ❤️💯🎉
