Taking a lil moment to be real with you girlies: had a lovely time in the sunshine with my bestie, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t struggling with my body image ☀️ Despite the stunning views and lovely sunshine, it’s hard to not listen the stupid little voice that sneaks in every once in a while, especially when wearing a bikini on holiday. Reminding myself that it’s okay to have tough days and that self-love is a continuous journey and my worth isn’t determined by how I look, how much I weigh or what size I am🫶 Here’s to appreciating the little steps because any step no matter how small is a step forward 🥰
