Fél kg csirkemellet 4 nagy gerezd fokhagymával együtt alaposan ledaráltam.A többit szemre raktam bele: só, bors, jó fajta olaj, szárított vöröshagyma, 1 kávéskanál kurkuma, apróra vágott lilahagyma, kaliforniai paprika és ementáli sajt.Hogy ne legyen túl natúr a család szerint, kapott egy kevés mézet is.Formázáshoz zsírpapírt és alufóliát használok, szorosan összetekerem.Tál aljába egy bögre vizet öntök, majd 170 fokon egy órát sütöm.Paprikába is be lehet forgatni, én ezt a lépést most kihagytam. 🙂
