Bayabas Sanktwaryo Mangrove Observatory Park

The Sanktwaryo Mangrove Observatory Park in Bayabas, Surigao del Sur was established in 2011, covering an area of 48 hectares. There are 30 species of mangroves recorded in the park, with 4 dominant species.

City Government of Bislig Announces Temporary Flight Service Pause

After more than a month since the announcement of the return flight from Cebu to Bislig and vice versa, the City Government of Bislig announces that Leading Edge Airlines, operated by King Aces, is pausing their flight operations to Bislig City Airport.

"Due to some recent challenges-including unexpected schedule change, limited advance booking options, restricted ground transportation, and the need for enhanced promotional efforts- it is decided to pause the flight services temporarily," according to a statement on the City Government of Bislig's page.

"We are using this time to address these areas so that, when the next airline operation returns, we’ll be able to provide a smoother and more reliable travel experience for you. Thank you for your understanding, we are looking forward for the next flight in Bislig!"
