About Us
It was 2017 and December was closing in real fast. Helmi decided to Spend Christmas in Seoul, Korea with her Mom and I decided to embark on a solo trip to Japan.
So i started researching some of the best things to do and what to eat in Tokyo and Youtube was my bible for my research. I soon stumbled onto Gareth Leonard’s Tourist 2 Townie’s channel and somehow it inspired me to try it for myself. I happened to have a camera that time, a Sony RX100 IV and off i went.
6 Months into creating content, I was in a constant mind struggle thinking if this was even worth it? Well that’s when I decided to change this channel to a couple channel focusing on Food and Travel.
Before I met Helmi, we both have a profound love discovering new places to eat here in Sydney and it was only obvious that our channel should be about that.
