Kash Rice and TyFitzMedia are assembling an official “up and coming” artists list for the talent around our city. This list & video will consist of artists to look out for and artists who have been making noise thus far.

The official TOP UPCOMING NEW CASTLE ARTISTS 2021 list will be grouped generally, and rated on the following factors including but not limited to:
-Sound/visual quality
-Consistency
-Flow
-Lyrics/Bars
-Hype/Social Potential

To be considered for this list, participants must also have the following characteristics:
-Be from OR currently live in New castle, PA/ Lawrence county
-1 video (released by 2020+)
-3 total public songs (any date)

Only 15 to 20 of the top local artists will be featured on this list. TAGG all up & coming artist names below in comments so that no one is missed 👇🏾
