Hi JamGrass Family!

We’ve been pretty quiet around these parts much of the last year as we’ve been watching and evaluating the seemingly ever-changing landscape we find ourselves in.

BUT!

We are thrilled to announce that we will be returning to our two favorite festivals this summer to bring you live streams from both the Blue Ox Music Festival and Northwest String Summit .

However, due to necessary adaptations to the industry and a re-evaluation of our business model, we also need to announce that these will be the final “official” JamGrass TV streams.

It’s been an honor and a pleasure to share these bands, songs, moments, and memories with you over the last 5+ years, and even further back when we were working on the Turn Left at the Peacock and Return of the Peacock documentaries. If it weren’t for Northwest String Summit and those documentaries there never would have been a JamGrass TV, so although it is bittersweet, we feel a great sense of pride and closure being able to help deliver “The Last Verse” to those unable to make it to Horning’s Hideout this year.

We won’t be taking any content down so you will still be able to look back at footage from the last several years, and who knows what could be unarchived down the road ;).

Some of you may know, others likely don’t—but JamGrass TV has been powered by EPIC Creative, a full-service advertising agency in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our team is still here and available for anyone looking for live stream or marketing assistance! Our top-notch streams may still be out in the real world, they will just be coming from EPIC Creative.

As a result, we are following the path of the current COVID-19 pandemic closely, with careful consideration of the Delta variant that is currently moving throughout the country. Our team is staying informed from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Eau Claire City and County Health Department, as well as solutions coming out of the music industry itself.

Blue Ox Music Festival is fortunate to be an outdoor event taking place across 120 acres which creates a safer environment to enjoy live music. Yet, we must all acknowledge that there is still a risk of exposure to COVID-19 at a gathering of people, and by attending, you assume the risk of exposure to the virus.

After careful consideration and informed discussions, with all parties involved, the 2021 Blue Ox Music Festival has decided that we must move forward with the following requirement:

All attendees 12 years old and over must show one of the following two options stated below:

*Negative test result must be obtained within 72 hours of first day of arrival.

A negative COVID-19 test result in paper/digital form OR photocopy of your original vaccine card/photo on your phone will be checked upon arrival.
