PAGEANT SCANDAL - Mother of Miss Teen reach out to Bahamian blogger Christalena with Tears. Sayin they left her daughter in the airport alone in Africa sayin Clint Watson is the cost of all of it. Mother said that was not her daughter in the fight she was in Africa at the time.Mother said Ms trinidad & tabago mother help her when they leave her in the airport crying Mother said Clint Watson call the international pageant people and told them they didn't want her no more because she is not listening to them and she did not wear there clothes only what her mommy gave her. Wow! Clint Watson told the international pageant that he was firing her as there Queen. And they embarrassed her and gave her the letter in Front of alllllll the different countries WOW. After that the different countries was talkin bad about the bahamas

Angry Father Shoots at Beauty Pageant Judges After Daughter Gets Only 4th Place

A regional beauty pageant in Altamira, Brazil ended in tragedy after the father of one of the contestants started shooting at the judges because his daughter had only gotten fourth place.

The bizarre incident took place on July 28, after the end of the “II Baile da Escolha da Rainha” beauty pageant in the city of Altamira. About a couple of hours after the contest ended, the father of one of the participants, a local rancher identified as Sebastiao Francisco, began voicing his dissatisfaction regarding his daughter’s fourth-place finish in the competition, questioning the judges’ decision and the evaluation criteria.

The venue where the beauty pageant had taken place was staffed by private security and military police, but the angry father didn’t seem to care, and at one point took out a gun and attempted to shoot at one of the judges, only to be shot at by police.

According to witnesses, Francisco considered his daughter’s fourth-place finish in the beauty pageant as a humiliation, as he considered his offspring a “sure winner”. Dissatisfied with the judges’ explanation, he tried to take matters into his own hands but was shot before he could hurt other people. The rancher was taken to the hospital but died as a result of his wounds.

The hall in which the tragic events occurred was reportedly packed, and officers had no choice but to fire at the angry father in order to protect those present. He managed to fire a couple of shots with his revolver before being taken down and another person was injured and hospitalized.

While we are beyond grateful for everyone’s unwavering support, it saddens us to share that due to personal matters that are affecting Lorraine's mental and physical well-being, she has decided to withdraw from the pageant. We want to assure everyone that this decision was made after careful consideration, prioritizing Lorraine’s health above all. We are grateful for your understanding and kindness during this time, and we hope to have your continued support as Lorraine navigates on to her new journey.

The coveted title of Miss Universe Jamaica 2023 was clinched by Dr Jordanne Lauren Levy, a 27-year-old intern at the University Hospital of the West Indies in St Andrew. Deborah Gordon achieved the title of second runner-up, whilst the position of first runner-up was secured by Robyn Kiira Lloyd.
