This project is Abel's first full-length and it seems to be the best gateway to his universe. The Parisian composer's saturated and electronic instrumental productions are mixed with the rap, sung or auto-tuned voices of his guests. The result is 12 hybrid songs on the border of hyper-pop, rap and electronic music, with a musical heritage that seems to be strongly influenced by the trap music of the 2010s, more 2000s trends such as the French touch or Eurodance and the hybrid music of the Internet of the last few years.
The guests include the cream of French rap and pop, artists with whom Abel has already worked and exclusive collaborations: H JeuneCrack, Realo, winnterzuko, Irko, Luther, Zoomy, Uliss, yuri online, Femtogo, wasting s**t and the Japanese singer Loota. On the production side, the album is entirely composed by abel31, but he also invited beatmakers to co-compose some tracks: Brodinski, 143, koboi, Mei and Vilhelm.
"200" sounds like a manifesto, a current testimony of this new scene that can be qualified as "digicore" or "new wave".
