Summer is fast approaching! It’s time for a progress report:

• 👷‍♀️ Construction - Demo is done on all three floors with the exception of one remaining tenant on the 2nd floor. So far, all work has been completed overnight. Plans for the lake level have evolved to allow room for a small event space and a more thoughtful guest experience.

• 👩‍💼 Operations - I’m meeting with 3rd party management companies and it’s really cool to see what people are doing in the boutique resort space. Plus, I’ve got a laundry list of places to visit!

• 🎥 Filming - We’re capturing the story of the first new hotel on Lake Minnetonka in over 100 years and it’s already been a wild ride. We’ll be hosting a large charity event in conjunction with our grand opening and we want you to be there! More info on that coming soon, you won’t want to miss it!

We are proud to announce that our NPP team has been nominated for our 5th Emmy. This time for our documentary in collaboration with SFMOMA and NBC that featured the amazing story of artist Diego Rivera and his Trans American Unity mural. We just want to thank our entire staff and team that helped bring this project to life, and work so hard on all the work we do. Thank you!
