Summer is fast approaching! It’s time for a progress report:

• 👷‍♀️ Construction - Demo is done on all three floors with the exception of one remaining tenant on the 2nd floor. So far, all work has been completed overnight. Plans for the lake level have evolved to allow room for a small event space and a more thoughtful guest experience.

• 👩‍💼 Operations - I’m meeting with 3rd party management companies and it’s really cool to see what people are doing in the boutique resort space. Plus, I’ve got a laundry list of places to visit!

• 🎥 Filming - We’re capturing the story of the first new hotel on Lake Minnetonka in over 100 years and it’s already been a wild ride. We’ll be hosting a large charity event in conjunction with our grand opening and we want you to be there! More info on that coming soon, you won’t want to miss it!

Our Story

Northern Pine Productions was founded by Cole O’Brien and Josh Bryant. Prior to Northern Pine Productions Cole and Josh worked together on national TV shows, commercials, and corporate videos. They both traveled the world filming television series. Together they decided to take their work to the next level and open Northern Pine Productions. On top of cinematography and editing experience, they both have produced multiple seasons of nationally televised TV shows. Cole and Josh launched Northern Pine Productions in Minnesota and California, but produce content globally.
