This clip is from one of my short films called ‘Refuge’.
It’s a short side-by-side showing the original shot (straight out of camera) and the final shot (after editing).

There are lots of ways to make a ‘simple’ shot look more interesting, one of my favorite editing tricks is replacing the sky.

I know some people might call it “Cheating” to achieve the look you want, but i see it as a challenge to push your creativity and imagination to create something different.

Pursue Creativity.
