After years of radio silence, government ministers and representitives are finally making statements in relation to our Primary Care Centre.
Well done to all those who attended the public meeting and lobbied hard to put this on the political agenda.
The campaign is gaining traction. Let's keep the pressure on.

Urgent action required on the Knock Kiltimagh Road.
Many young people are cycling walking to training.
Western Care Assocation also need pedestrian access to the village.
We need to connect Kiltimagh Knock Utd to the existing footpath.
This is just over a 1km stretch of road, an infinitely smaller task than the impressive work done in Balla yet vital for the safety of many people.
I want to add my support to the good people fighting for this already.
With elections on the horizon, it's important we use this opportunity to make this a priority.
We can not wait for a fatality in our community.

Ballyhaunis was awarded €170,000 for the N60 approach road. The National Transport Authority (NTA) have unilaterally withdrawn the funding.
Ballyhaunis recieved just 2.4% of the overall active travel for Mayo (2023). The removal of this small allocation is wrong and unfair.
I have wrote to to Minister for Transport, the NTA and Mayo County Council.
The funds for Ballyhaunis should be spent in Ballyhaunis.
