Velvet Rhythm Entertainment (VRE) was established in 1999 in San Francisco, Ca.

Originally an artist management company, VRE's core service was to represent up and coming artists in the genres of R&B, SOUL, POP, & Hip/Hop. In 2014, VRE was converted into a Music Rights Management label; a full label that provides rights management and recording for its artists and songwrites. VRE Rights Management is not intended to be the traditional record label; however, it is meant to be

a new twist to the record label status quo. VRE's artist model focuses on making the artist a partner and is one of the first record labels to not take any ownership percentage of publishing rights from artist who have contributed intellectual property to their musical artistics endeavours. The current VRE roster of artists consists of Khela (Soul), MK Nobilette (R&B/POP), Rey Y Kaye (Latin Urban/Pop). MISSION STATEMENT:
The development of independent artists with a primary focus on international music integrity. To create a new independent recording enterprise and manage, record, produce and distribute musical content, regardless of genre. Furthermore, to establish and maintain a viable local point–of-purchase sales distribution network as well as
implement a creative business model to market Digital formats and CDs effectively and lucratively by maintaining an efficient web-market presence with internal on-site sales capabilities.
