This docu gives so much depth to what teams actually go through during a tournament, how important of a role the coaches play, and how teamwork and a positive environment bring the best out of even the most unlikely of players.

1: You eat and prep in the lounge. First desk is live and you need to pay attention to them to make sure your narrative aligns with theirs!

2: Hair and make up time! You’ll collaborate closely with the HMUAs and stylists for your look of the day. The looks are usually pre-approved during rehearsal day and you pick which one you want to wear for the day.

3: Standby… Good job, Yinsu!

Did that really just happen? 🥹 I suppose it did huh!

Incredibly grateful for the chance to join the global broadcast as interviewer and desk host for in São Paulo! 🇧🇷 Thank you also for all the kind words and messages of support, I’m quite overwhelmed! 🥹❤️

I wasn’t expecting to be desk host this event, and my co-talents will tell you how nervous I was! Yinsu chatted with me on the first day and asked if I wanted to host. I told her I didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes, but she fought for having me on desk! She also walked me through everything, esp the things I had the biggest questions for - the cues, the timing, which storylines to prep for, body language on desk.

I’m so happy people were pleased with the show we put on, and so grateful for all the quick feedback from the GCC fam to keep the momentum going. ❤️🙏 It felt great to know that the talents I looked up to had my back 100%, and quickly went from idols to friends. I kept getting messages from everywhere - people from back home, Rioters from other offices, esports colleagues from around the world - saying I did a good job! 🥹

Most importantly, I really just wanted to represent the APAC region well. The reason I felt immense pressure was because I wanted this to open doors for APAC talent, and I knew that giving a good performance would reflect well on all my colleagues back home. 🫡❤️

It was an honor to have witnessed and shared in the blood, sweat, tears, hugs, love, & bonds that the women & LGTBQIA community of Valorant experienced at GCC. It truly was beautiful to be part of an event that gives a chance and a safe space for everyone to show what they’ve got, myself included, & serves to uplift & strengthen. 👑

Chances like these are soooooo hard to come by for Filipino esports talent. Daming harang. Our passport, our accent, being Asian, etc.

So this meant so much.

I wanted to do a good job because I wanted the global team to see that good talent can come out of the PH, out of SEA, if you invest in them or at least give them the chance. I wanted to open doors for APAC talent and show that we are capable of giving as good of a show as NA and EMEA do.

I don’t know if that will happen, but at least this is a start? Game changed, maybe? 🥹❤️

It was my honor to host the trade conference for gamescom asia in Singapore this year! 🙏❤️ gamescom always felt like one of those events that was too big for me to get to attend, but now I can say I’ve not only attended gamescom asia but been invited as a speaker for it!

It was great to get to network firsthand with so many important figures in the gaming industry! I got to connect with other esports and gaming journalists, chat with project heads from CD Projekt Red, Naughty Dog, Techland, and Riot Games, explore other games from all over SEA, and of course see and hang out with friends from across the gaming industry! ❤️
