Young Art Records Young Art Records Approaching its 10-year anniversary, the Los Angeles based label Young Art Records was launched by recording artist TOKiMONSTA in 2014.

It debuted with the release of her mini album Desiderium, which showcases features from Anderson. Paak and Joyce Wrice. Additional collaborations from her Young Art releases include Ambré, Earthgang, Ryuichi Sakamoto, VanJess, The Drums, Isaiah Rashad, Yuna and Selah Sue. TOKiMONSTA’s goal was to create a platform that would help nurture the creative output of talented artists, using her own relea

ses to solidify the foundation of the label. Young Art has gone on to release the Juno-nominated album Play with the Changes by Canadian R&B icon Rochelle Jordan, Svengali by Cakes da Killa (rated 4 out of 5 stars by The Guardian), and Grammy-nominated “Best Electronic'' album Lune Rouge by TOKiMONSTA. The label’s roster boasts Montreal producer CRi, Keys N Krates, Daktyl, biicla, Rush Davis, Kingdom, Gavin Turek, Benni Ola, bad tuner and more. Since the label’s inception, TOKiMONSTA has released two full-length albums, numerous singles and remixes. Her first original single of 2023, “Eats The Tale” with Rochelle Jordan, recently released on Young Art Records.

The new release from TOKiMONSTA is out now. “Feel It” feat. grouptherapy. comes at a strange time for the city we call home, but hopefully it offers a glimmer of light to you all.

The below words from TOKiMONSTA:

“This past week has been devastating for Los Angeles and all the communities impacted by the fires. In the middle of peak chaos last week, my newest song “Feel It” feat grouptherapy. came out (prescheduled). I delayed sharing this because the timing felt so heavy and obviously self promotion is incredibly tone deaf. So even now, it feels bittersweet. But I believe music has the power to bring us comfort in hard times—to momentarily lift us out of stress and pain and into a space where we can breathe and feel some light. That’s why I decided I still wanted to share this song with you today.

Also, I’m all about actionable solutions and change. To support those affected by the fires, 100% of profits from merch sales will go to vetted organizations helping fire victims and local fire departments. I’m not a massive artist, but I will personally match every dollar raised through merch sales with an equal donation. I’d do profits from the song as well, but it won’t amount to much 👀

LA is my home, and I’ll always show up for it. Thank you for being here and for showing up for each other. Let’s keep finding ways to help and heal, together."
