It'll be 6 years tomorrow since my Mum died. It doesn't seem that long and like she will just walk through the door!
Today is her birthday 🎂 and is the day we choose to remember her life (this is the day that we have chosen for the Book of Remembrance at the crem instead of tomorrow).
I miss her a lot 🩵🩵🩵

Two of my best friends are going through the toughest fight of their lives. Dr Simon Marshall (who I have been friends with for over 31 years!) has been diagnosed with late stage pancreatic cancer.

His lovely wife (and world champion triathlete and award winning screenwriter) has written about their journey and needs our help to raise funds for the very large medical bills and expenses.

Today is our first Luna-versary! 🙏🏻😍🐾

So grateful to for looking after her with a foster Mum until she came home!

She has been a wonderfully calm dog and fantastic co-worker (she comes with me every day I go onto campus ).

She LOVES walks, dog parks and cheese!! 🤣💕💕💕

Today marks 5 years since my Mum died. Yesterday she would have been 95.
It feels like I just talked to her recently.
Grief has no rules.
Talk about loved ones often; those dead and alive ♥️

We adopted her from in Ukiah. Her name used to be Binky, but it is now Luna Bean Pope-Rhodius all the way!!
