Savory Words Publishing was started in response to feedback received through SW’s sister company, T.S. Writing Services: “Now that you’ve edited my book, where can I get it published?” In 2013, as part of T.S. Writing’s 10th anniversary, Savory Words Publishing was established, focused on Deaf authors. Only a select few books (both print and digital) are accepted each year. A very common question we get from aspiring authors is, "How long does the publishing process take?"

It depends on the work involved: editing, designing, reviewing, preparing for print, and distribution, but typically is about 12-18 months.

Don't worry — we collaborate with authors every step of the way!
