A music label dedicated to getting talented artists known. Over the years, we have released a wide range of music, including IDM and Psy-Trance.

Cold Fiction Music is an internet music label that focuses on releasing electronic music from independent artists. We have always had the goal to promote the work of talented artists who strive to become better known in the electronic music scene. Each year, however, we have continually focused on releasing Ambient and Techno music, especially Dub Techno and Ambient Techno. Our interest in the lat

ter two genres, along with our love for releasing collaborative albums, led to the development of Futur[e]cho – our yearly series of Dub and Ambient Techno releases which feature many different contributors. We release all of our music under a Creative Commons license, providing free versions of almost every release and reasonably-priced paid versions of many of them on Bandcamp. We are proud to be back! We're kicking off our 2023 with an album of Dub Techno and Deep Techno from aspect. made over a decade ago. Given a fresh mastering job, this showcases how well he's been making music for many years. Releasing on April 7th, the album is titled ccx.. Hear a track from the release over on soundcloud!

We are not a dead label! We have some releases in the pipeline for this year. Gonna be exciting for sure and the Futur[e]cho series will make a return as well.
