Yay, the news is finally out! Y’all that was hard. I live to be the most authentic person wherever I show up, and keeping such a big secret like this for multiple months here on my socials has not been easy for me which is part of the reason I haven’t been as active.

As a psychic medium and energy healer, pregnancy enhances everything for me. Pregnancy is a portal, and I am feeling and seeing to a stronger level psychically.

I always love holding sessions, but right now I am loving it to another level.🥰

Hey Friends! 🌍👋 I’ve been thinking about the whirlwind of change and transformation I’ve experienced in the last few years.

From leaving behind the religion I’d known my whole life to embarking on a journey to a new country and embracing the incredible adventure of motherhood. It’s been a beautiful ride filled with laughter, tears, and so much growth! 🌈✨

With every twist and turn, something became very clear to me: Fear accompanies change and growth. It’s easy to get caught up in the discomfort, to retreat into the cozy cocoon of the familiar. But here’s the magic – we get to choose. We can either allow fear to keep us within our comfort zones, or we can channel that fear as fuel, propelling ourselves forward into the unknown with courage and curiosity. 💪🚀

Hey My Loves, 🌼 This morning I couldn't help but reflect on how far I've come. From the chaos of a mind always racing to a place of stillness and peace. 💫

For most of my life, I couldn't find a moment for myself. I've always been lost in serving others and, as a result, neglected my own needs.

Oh, how things have changed! Now, I've not only found solace in my own company but have also discovered that healthy boundaries are the secret to personal balance.

These boundaries have not only helped me take care of myself, but also allowed my relationships to flourish, rooted in mutual respect and understanding. 🌸🙌

Embracing the beauty of my mental space, both the shadows and the sunshine, has been a game-changer. 🧘‍♀️✨

And guess what? My physical space is now a reflection of the life I've always envisioned. A space that exudes the essence of my desires, a sanctuary of positivity and growth. 🏡💖

Respect for myself has grown, radiating self-love and empowerment. And let's talk about friendships and community – I'm surrounded by incredible souls who inspire growth and who love and accept me exactly as I am. 🌱🤝

This is called a Circle of Fifths⬇️ imagine something similar to a color wheel for musicians

Just like certain colors go well together and other colors clash, there are certain keys along with their chords that compliment one another, and others that have more of a clashing sound when played back to back.

When you know which chords go well together, and you know which scales to bring into the RH, you can start improvising.

I love using improvising as a way to find compositions. Exploring and just letting my hands intuitively go places, and see what I find.

I can't wait to delve deep into this process in my upcoming 3-Month Composition and Improv 🎹 Program in October. 🥰😍✨ This program is filled with applied music theory, in other words: You're not just learning the theory on a piece of paper, you are putting it into practice at the piano through composition and improvisation.

If you are a total newbie at the piano OR took traditional lessons as a kid but never learned how to create your own music, this piano program is for you!

*We will be meeting on Zoom 3 times a month as a group
* You also get one 1-1 lesson each month that you can use at any point during the program when you'd like to dive a little deeper on a topic
*You will receive weekly videos & access into the student portal where you can log your practice hours
*There will be a FB group where you can share practice videos and post questions to the group. Making friends with like-minded souls who are also learning something completely new and going a bit outside the comfort zone to grow. Super stoked for the collaboration that is going to happen here.

I've found there are two important pieces that are vital for my students to have in order to succeed at playing the piano.

Hmm. What are these two ingredients? First, let's talk about what's not important.

Many people have been conditioned to believe they are either musical, or they're not. In reality, you don't have to be deemed "musical" by anyone in order to become good at playing an instrument.

Many of you have had a negative experience with music at a young age.

• Some of you got paired with a teacher who was not a good fit and did not "speak the same language" so to speak.

• Some have had one really embarrassing moment as a child and then have created other senarios around that experience to re-establish this limiting belief that they are not musical.

• Some of you grew up with a sibling who learned in a different way than you and your parents deemed them the "musical one" of the family, sometimes even saying things like "Your brother's got the music and you're better at math."

As children, whether or not our parents' words are true and for our highest good, we tend to believe them.

My niche is teaching adults. I've taught many different adults and almost all of them started out carrying some of these limiting beliefs with them.

Of course, once they're playing and composing their own pieces, those old beliefs start leaving naturally and getting replaced by healthy beliefs.

I'm telling you this because it's okay if you think you're not musical. Start where you are.

The two most important ingredients that I ask you to bring if you want to work together is:

🎹 You must be passionate about music, having a deep desire to play. Playing the piano long term is like starting and growing a relationship, there are mountains and valleys. This passion will push you forward in each of the moments that come.
🎹 Grit + drive. You must be ready to put in the work, practice is where it's at and consistency is important for progress. I am here to teach you how to practice, but you have to be the one to put in the work.

I have exciting news😍

When I went into maternity leave, I closed down my 1-1 coaching programs. I knew my energy was going to be in a completely different place after having a baby, which has been absolutely true.

Since coming back from maternity leave, I've been holding space for 1-1 sessions and working on birthing the next program to bring to you 🥁🥁🥁

This one brings me a lot of joy, and I'm so excited to tell you all about it! Introducing...Beginner 🎹 Composition & Improv for adults and teens

This group program will run for 3 months, and by the end of it, not only will you be able to create your own music, you will also learn...

🎶Piano basics for those of you who will be playing 🎹 for the first time
🎵Lots of applied music theory including
• Being able to play all of your major and minor chords easily
• Your diatonic triads and how to use them in composing and improvising
• Multiple fun ways to use the circle of fifths in the composition process

This program includes
🎹1 group lesson a week through Zoom - If you ever have to miss a lesson, the lesson will be recorded and shared through email
🎹A refresher video sent through email weekly going over key music theory & composition hacks learned in the previous lesson that you will have access to for the rest of your life
🎹A Facebook group where students can share videos of progress and post any questions they have as they are practicing, SO excited about the community aspect, music is much better shared and makes the learning process more fun when you have others who are learning the same things to bounce ideas off of
🎹Access into the student portal so you can log your practice hours and keep track of your notes
