Anyone who knows me knows I love some gymnastics, and the Velite Quad Ultras have been my go-to grip ever since I first tried them and was glued to the pullup bar 💪🏻 and anyone who knows me knows I live for some bright neon too 😎

Big thanks to the lads at the Velites stand at for hooking me up with some fresh Quad Ultras but also some All Terrain grips and some new sweatbands to go with them ⚡️

Have been so impressed by the quality of the Velites gear since I first used the brand, so I can’t wait to test them out ⚡️🔥

I’ve been doing media for .cancer events for the last few years, and at every event there’s always lots of amazing and heartbreaking stories being shared, and sometimes a moment happens or you see the effort a team is putting in, or some that has been through a really tough time that makes you just stop and think.

Today this flag caught me right in the feels.
The crew had this wonderful idea at their stand to get people to write their “why” on a flag. Think I stared at this for a solid 5 minutes before I was able to collect myself.

Just really puts things into perspective.

Lots of love to everyone who came out to BC Scotland today you were all a great crowd and was a joy to play a small part in the day 🫶🏻
