Remarkable wooden sculpture entitled 'A Matter of Time' by artist Paul Baliker.

This huge and elaborately carved piece took 6 months to finish and it is designed as a three-dimensional mandala that represents the diverse species inhabiting Earth, including an owl, a parrot, monkey, turtle, giraffe and a rhino among others. At the centre of the structure is the face of an old man with an outstretched arm holding the world in the palm of his hand. This symbolises the potential for a symbiotic relationship that man can share with nature.
