Banana Cake With Oatmeal

Ingredients (20 servings)

250 g of fine oats (1 box)
1 tablespoon(s) yeast
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
4 bananas
1 1/2 cups sugar (can be brown) Optional
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped cashew or Brazil nuts
1/2 cup raisins

Method of preparation

STEP 1 : In a blender, beat the 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of oil, 4 bananas, 1 1/2 cup of sugar (you can use brown sugar).

STEP 2: Pour this mixture into the fine oats with the yeast and optional to taste.

STEP 3: Light to bake in greased shape, in medium oven, preheated, for about 40 minutes, or until golden.

2 slices of pineapple without shell (about 2 to 3 cm thick)
1/2 cup of water (little water, enough to beat)
2 cups of brown sugar (you can reduce the amount if you find it too sweet)
1 cup of oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
5 drops of vanilla
3 whole eggs
1 tablespoon royal yeast

Method of preparation

STEP 1 : Make a pineapple juice with 1/2 cup of water and 1 pineapple slice (the juice should be consistent).

STEP 2: Blend the juice, sugar, oil and eggs in a blender. Finally add the vanilla.

STEP 3: Place the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and linseed in a refractory and mix well.

STEP 4: Gradually pour the liquid into the refractory where the flour mixture is and stir well.

STEP 5: Pique the other pineapple wheel and put it in the mix. STEP

Tilapia Fillet with Parmesan Crust

Ingredients

1 package of Frozen Tilapia Fillet (400g)
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter at room temperature half a cup of panko flour
3 tablespoons grated fresh parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped chives

Method of preparation

1. First, Tilapia according to package instructions. In a container, season the Tilapia with the lemon and salt. Reserve.

2. In another container, place the butter, flour, cheese and chives and mix.

3. Transfer the Tilapia to a greased mold, add the crust on top, pressing lightly with a spoon to make it stick better. Place in a preheated medium-high oven (200ºC) for about 20-25 minutes or until they begin to brown. If you prefer, finish in the oven grill for 5 minutes to brown better. Serve.

Healthy skillet oat bread 😛🤌🏽

1/2 cup oat flour tea

1/4 cup of sweet sprinkle tea

salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon powdered yeast

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1/3 of a tea cup of water

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Gather all the ingredients;

Put the oat flour, the sweet sprinkle, the salt and the yeast in a bowl, and mix;

Add the oil and mix
Gradually add the water and mix until you reach a soft, thick, but not dry dough;

Transfer the dough to an antiadherent skillet greased with oil;

Take it to the low fire, cap the skillet, and let the bread cook for about 4 minutes. Then check if it's golden underneath and turn it around. Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 4 minutes;

INGREDIENTS

6 French breads (medium)
1 small jar of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon (not too full) of oregano
1/2 cup chopped parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

In a container mix the mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, green smell, salt and pepper and set aside.

Make horizontal cuts in the French bread in order to form small slices (about 4), but without detaching them from each other (as in purchased garlic bread).

Pass the reserved mixture between the slices and then wrapping all the breads.

Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the buns. Place on the grill and cook well on both sides.

INGREDIENTS
2 packets of bread

FILLING
2 chicken breasts

1 seedless chopped tomato

1 large chopped onion

1 clove of minced garlic

1 chicken broth tablet

olive oil

1 can of cream

1 grated carrot

1 can of corn

chopped olives

chopped mushrooms

1/2 jar of mayonnaise

ROOF
1/2 jar of mayonnaise

METHOD OF PREPARATION

FILLING

Cook the chicken breasts with water, salt and chicken stock in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes.

Drain the water and shred all the chicken.

In a pan, sauté the olive oil, onion, garlic and tomato.

Add the chicken, correct the salt if necessary, stir for a few minutes and turn off the heat.

Place the corn, olives, mushrooms, cream and 1/2 pot of mayonnaise.

ASSEMBLY
Remove the crusts from the bread and set aside.

Line a mold or refractory with aluminum foil and cover the first layer of bread.

Pour a little mayonnaise, add half of the stuffing and half of grated carrots.

Place the second layer of sliced ​​bread and repeat the process until the entire refractory is filled.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After the determined time, remove from the fridge and unmold.

Pass the remaining mayonnaise around the cake and cover with the straw potato.
