INGREDIENTS
8 cups water
Juice of 6 lemons
1 cup raw honey
1 tablespoon lavender extract
Natural purple food coloring (optional)
METHOD
1. In a large pitcher combine water, lemon juice, honey and lavender extract. Stir well until honey is dissolved.
2. Mix in your purple food coloring, if using.
3. Serve with ice cubes and lemon slices.
