Our Jungle Train Journey. What an interesting ride, much more scenic than the southeastern trains we are used to 😆.
If you have travel plans for Malaysia, and this isn’t to far out of your itinerary route, we, or should I say me 🤣 would definitely recommend.
We went from Kuala Lipis to Tanah Merah. Leaving central Malaysia to get to the east coast for some island hopping travel fun. The line literally runs from the bottom/ Singapore area all the way up to the top of the east of Malaysia. So many options. let us know if you plan on taking the jungle train. Who’s done it already. We would love to hear your thoughts.
If anyone has got any questions about the route please feel free to ask. It was all a bit confusing at first but after our endless research we feel we have this train sussed 🤣.

We would like to take credit for this wonderful trip but it was all down to our good friends Lauren and Scott and we can’t thank them enough.
If we are honest we would never have thought about visiting Borneo. No reason as to why but it just didn’t feature on the list. We therefore had no expectations or ideas as to how amazing it would be.
We can not encourage you enough to put Borneo on your travel list. The wildlife you will see is unreal, the views, the scenery are amazing and the people are the kindest, nicest people you will ever meet. We would love to go back and do a bit of the coast, we hear they are stunning.
