My non-balloon stills from New Mexico 🩵

Some Highlights:
💎We traveled the turquoise trail and met some unique characters manning the thrift shops - people living the slow life and fully embracing and enjoying what they do.
💧We visited the Jemez Hot Springs then got massages at this cute little Bath House in the middle of nowhere. Those are some truly healing waters.
🍹I had some of the best margaritas of my life - specifically a frozen passion fruit marg which was rec’d by our server after I asked for the most tart one on the menu (she was right and it was perfect). Still dreaming of that marg, and I don’t even like passion fruit.
🖼️ We visited the old, sleepy town of Madrid and popped around the galleries.
🦉I saw a road runner!! Still can’t get over that. And we went to the zoo haha. An owl stared me down. And I some some cool chicken-things? Fluffy birds? Idk.
🪨 We went to Bandelier National Monument which is a grouping of human settlements nestled in a canyon from 11k years ago. This was a huge highlight I should have put it first but I’m not rewriting all this. We got to climb up into the dwellings and see the windows the settlers carved.
🎈And obviously we were there for the Balloon Fiesta but that will be another post for another day.

SO to for giving me the inspo / sending me the YouTube vid that taught me how to make this connected carousel 😁
