Dele Olojede, the first African Pulitzer Prize Winner, showed up today at the Journalism Department, Stellenbosch University.
He was the guest of the Stellies Honours students led by Erinma Nedum, the granddaughter of Bekolari Ransome-Kuti.
Olojede told many stories defining his journalism career that traversed nearly 120 countries in the world, including South Africa, China and the United States.
I first interviewed Olojede for Guardian Nigeria in 2008 when Next went to launch. I met him again in New York at a Bloomberg event and tried to get him for another interview about his post Next experience. We were supposed to meet at the International House NY, but that didn't work.
I have requested for another interview appointment with Olojede, and he has granted my request.
If you got any questions, you would want me to ask him, pls shoot me a message via messenger.
