An open letter to all of our past,present and future clients.

I think some of us have red the issues pertaining the quality of our services and work. We are deeply sorry for what is happening that deals with the pending of all different client's package inclusions and unfinished business with some of you, our dear clients. We do not deny that we are wrong with our most of our actions on dealing with clients updates and outputs. Opo, may pagkukulang po kami and we do not deny any accusations about us. Aminado po kami na matagal po bago kami nakakapaglabas ng outputs since na overwhelmed po kami sa dami ng clients and inquiries but we also assure that the quality of all outputs didn't change despite of the number of client that we have. It's okay to destroy our image and decline our services the next time, but one thing we know that we do not SCAM, BLOCK nor FIGHT BACK our clients. We are just simple humans just as you, our dear clients. Nagkakamali, natututo at bumabangon. We are seeking for a little more patience with our pending and unseen messages regarding the unfinished works on you our dear clients.

Regarding the problems and issues on our albums suppliers, dalawang beses po kaming nagkaproblema within the past 2 years. And hindi po kami nakakuha ng kahit magkanong refund sa kanila kaya po halos lahat po ng album re - make ay kami napo ang nagbayad. Opo, hindi din po namin kagustuhan ang mga nangyari na sobrang nagtagal and hindi papo nagagawa ang ibang kailangang matapos. The extra fund and money that we earned with other clients is not enough to pay in a short amount of time with our latest supplier now (July 2023) that's why we are deeply sorry for what happened. We will still continue, finish and restore all of the production of all albums because we know how much you want to see your pictures in Quality Prints.

About the videos that are still on our partner videographers, we are just waiting on their latest updates and status of all the videos since our event on December 2022. We will update po ASAP.

In these times of trials and problems, may we never forget the good things that we've shared and the laughter's what we've cherished together during our bond in your events. We are still thankful and grateful on all your sweet, caring and unending love on us. These messages are our strength to strive more for the betterment of our team. At the end of the day, one thing is for sure is that no matter issues and problems that we face, we still share our good heart and soul to each and every client that we encounter. Dakal a dakal pung salamat king lugud, kayapan, at supportang papakit yupu kekami keni king VIDAN CREATIVES. Mikakalugud at Mipapangadi pu palagi.
