Spoon University - Michigan Spoon is The University of Michigan's exclusive, student-run online food magazine. Spoon Magazine was first cooked up at the Northwestern University.

Created for the students and by the students, Spoon is dedicated to making food more than just a sustenance. Our mission is to open U of M students’ eyes to cooking and everyday food in a way that’s relatable, accessible, entertaining and delicious. We’re here to provide students with the tools they need to eat well at home and in the dining halls, seek out new restaurants, maintain a healthy life

style and, most importantly, to care about the food they eat. All of the dishes you see on this website will be made and photographed (and eaten) by University of Michigan students. Since we are college students ourselves, we will create and adapt recipes to suit college kids’ needs. Editor-in-Chief: Amy Henson
